I took a piece of card stock, used a cuttlebug embossing folder to emboss this piece, then ripped the edge of it and sanded the embossed dots. The card stock is the coordination's card stock where the inner core is a complimentary color to the darker on the outside not white. Then I ripped a piece of the patterned paper (the brown is what is on the other side of my base patterned paper). I distressed the edges with my distress ink then layered this piece on top of the embossed piece and then put my photo on top.
I am a self taught mixed media artist, who has found art as an outlet and way to heal. I have an over flowing passion to be creative and share that creativity with others.
